Industrial FDM 3D Printers

Five machines, from 200×200×150 mm up to 500×500×400 mm with ball screws and industrial linear rails.

Generation 1 — 30×30×40 cm

Five machines designed and built from scratch, then re-engineered across generations: from a 200×200×150 mm unit to an industrial machine with a 500×500×400 mm build volume, running ball screws and industrial linear rails on every axis.

My role

Frame, mechanism, motor selection, electronics, firmware and slicer optimization — all done independently.
